Shipping & Handling

How long will it take for you to ship my order?

As each item is freshly printed to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production and dispatch.

How long will it take for me to receive the order?

Once an order is shipped, please allow 2-8 business days for Standard parcels and 1-3 business days for Express parcels within Australia. International orders can take anywhere between 2 to 8 weeks depending on the destination. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

How much do you charge for shippinng?

Can I cancel an order before it is shipped?

We typically proceed to production within 1 business from order confirmation. Once the printing process starts, we are unable to cancel it. If you realise a mistake has been made, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to assist.

Returns

The garment I have received doesn't fit. Can I exchange it with a different size?

Please be sure to read the size charts before placing your order. As each piece is printed to order, generally speaking we are unable to accept returns at this stage if you have selected the wrong size or colour.

What I received is not what I ordered. Can you help?

We do our best to avoid mistakes. But human errors may occur from time to time. If you believe there is something wrong with your order, please contact us immediately and we will rectify it ASAP.

Production & Design

I like one of your styles but I cannot find a suitable colour or size?

Please simply get in touch and we can prepare a special order for you. For men's tees we have access to more than 15 colours and up to 5XL in sizes.

Where are your products made?

We work with facilities in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane for the printing of all our designs. The blank prodcust that are printed on are typically made overseas depending the suppliers.

How would you rate the quality of your products?

All our apparel products are sourced from AS Colour, Australia's own premium blank garment brand.

Our mugs are coated and guaranteed for 3000 dishwasher cycles.

The face masks are printed on 2-ply cotton masks sourced from Gildan, an international brand known for quality basics.

Our wall art posters are printed exclusively on 250gsm premium matte paper stock.

What types of printing and ink do you use?

We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing on our garment, and dye sublimation printing on hard goods as mugs. In both methods our partner uses water-based inks from Brother which are Oeko-Tex™ certified and CPSIA compliant, meaning they are safe to print on baby and youth apparel. Water-based inks also have a reduced impact on the environment compared to common plastisol inks.

Our paper based wall art are printed using the industry benchmark Epson printer and Epson UltraChrome archival inks. 

Traditional Silk Screen Printing is used for our limited-run face masks.

Are your graphics original?

We do not buy readily available designs from the market in bulk. We design and compose our graphics using elements that are original, licensed, or royalty free.

How do I care for the garment?

We recommend the following for the longevity of each print and product.

- Cold, gentle wash setting with like colours only
- Flip the shirt inside out before washing
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not use harsh detergents or bleach
- Do not dry clean
- Warm iron, inside out
- Do not dry in direct sunlight
